Buddha said we are created by own shape and thoughts, what we think, we become.

The essence of mindfulness is practicing karma and living true dharma for the greater good of not only self but all sentient beings, being aware of all situations, surroundings and walking a path of non ego and non judgement.

Mindfulness can be practiced in all situations and as practitioner I see the value in it whether it’s being used for mental health, curving depression and or anxiety, it can be used in running, especially in the fact that long distance running truly depends on the mind, once you are able to find space within the breath and combine with the body and of course the inner spirit that flows through you, the end result can only be summed up as Auspicious.

Mindfulness is really the key to unlocking true self.

“If we are peaceful, if we are happy,
We can blossom like a flower,
And everyone in our family,
Our entire society,
Will benefit from our peace”
