Meditation and QiGong with the Meditation Coalition

Join us for a day of movement and stillness that help create balance of heart, mind and body.

This day, inclusive to all practice levels and body abilities, will flow between periods of guided and silent mindfulness meditation practice, and a blend of Tai Chi & Qigong, ancient movement practices that help cultivate vital life-force through various techniques of breathing, postures and movements.

JoAnna is a Buddhist Dharma teacher who lives in the Los Angeles area and teaches silent meditation retreats nationally.

Hakim is on a journey to spread mindfulness across Los Angeles through the arts of Tai Chi and QiGong. He brings his unique style/character in the ancient martial art, urban zen. Find him Sunday mornings in Koreatown at the Line Hotel @ 11am for some mindfulness!
